- ABSOLUTELY NO ILLEGAL DRUGS or other contraband substances will be tolerated. If such items are found, your trip will be terminated IMMEDIATELY without refund and the uscg will be notified
- It is solely the captain's decision as to whether a trip will sail due to poor winds/weather
- if captain cancels a trip your deposit May be used for a future booking
- no shows or cancellations within 72 hours will forfeit deposit plus require payment of balance of fare prior to next booking
- Any person carelessly damaging the vessel or equipment will be responsible for repairs and/or replacement costs
